What: Roller derby beginners’ practices
Schedule: Beginners practices start on Friday the 13th of February and last for about two months. The schedule is:
– on Fridays from 7.30 pm to 9 pm for the first four weeks
– on Fridays from 7.30 pm to 9 pm and on Sundays from 1.45pm to 4pm for the next four weeks.
The last practice is likely on Sunday the 5th of April.
Where: Ilpoisten palloiluhalli, Lauklähteenkatu 15, Turku
What do you need: Your own gear (we have also a limited amount of gear to lend out)
Age limit: 16 years
Cost: 85 € which includes a membership fee for the year 2026.

You don’t need any previous experience in roller skating or sports. We’ll start from the very basics and help you develop your skills at your own pace.
We want to provide everyone a safer and discrimination-free space to train, play, volunteer and enjoy the sport.
